Alright, normally I’m the pride filled type, but I’m out 700 bucks and I need to raise money for a new computer.
The issue is that my old man bought a computer for me using the money that he got from selling what should have been ‘my’ car, but since I don’t drive or never possessed the title deed, it was never really mine.
What the unfortunate thing about this entire situation is that he purchased a computer that I was practically browbeaten into accepting, and that doing anything less than accepting it, even questioning his decision, leads to be getting dirty looks and verbally insulted.
I’ve spoken with tech friends, and the idea my old man has suggested will more than likely result in tears on my end, and I need to raise money.
Ultimately, I’m trying to spin this so that it doesn’t sound as bad as it really is, because I’m a prideful jerk and I just avoid everything ever, but what I’m really trying to say is that I need help.
I need help badly. I’ve added a donation button for those of you who are feeling generous, and I’m willing to negotiate for commissions, not that I’m any good.
But hey, if people want me to, I’ll sing into a microphone for money, draw anything for cash, and ultimately do whatever it takes to scrap together the money I need to purchase a computer.

Guys, one of my best friends is in a really tight spot. For her sake I don’t want to get into too much detail about what happened, but there was an accident, something broke and she needs $1000 to cover the costs. She has two weeks to pay it back before shit really hits the fan. I really want to help her in any way - like I said, she’s one of my very best friends, she’s too far away for me to be there with her, and that’s a lotta money.
Anything at all would help. I know these are tough times, and I don’t want to pressure anyone, but even $1 would help. If you can’t give anything, please signal boost.

As for how long it takes me to finish them, it depends on the length and the complexity of the story, as well as other factors like how much work I have on my plate. This can range anywhere from a few hours to a few days. If you want me to write for a gift on a deadline, please let me know so I can prioritize in that order.

Now, pricing. Needless to say I’m pretty desperate at this point to dig myself out of this rut, so I’m taking whatever I can get. As long as it’s reasonable and not $5 for a 50000 word novel, I’m willing to take it. I will only take payment once I’m finished with your commission - I will send you your finished piece and then provide you with the details of the paypal account I’m using.
